WHAT IS IT FOR?

A Japanese method to reduce your waistline and strengthen your core.
The method was created by Japanese doctor Toshiki Fukutsudzi for bad posture.

HOW TO USE IT?
1. Sit down on a fitness mat/floor/massage bench and then stretch your legs
out in front of you.
2. Gently lie your back over the roller and ensure your feet are placed
shoulder-width apart, with your toes touching each other.
Roller must be placed under the spine - from the lumbar to the upper thoracic
(up to 7 cervical vertebra).
3. Raise your arms above your head with palms facing down and pinky fingers
touching each other.
Breathe deeply and try to relax.
4. Execution time in this position is 5 minutes. If it is difficult, then
start with 1-2 minutes, gradually increase the time.
It is advisable to increase the time to 8-10 minutes.
5. To finish the exercise turn and roll to the side, very carefully, slowly
and without sudden movements.
Do not lift anything heavy for the next 2 hours.
Note! You should not experience any pain. If you feel pain, it means that you
have taken the diameter of the valik (roller) that is not physiologically
suitable for your body.
For best results repeat daily!
Unique Juniper smell has a relaxing and calming effect. Keep the roller next
to your bed and it will help you to have a healthy sleep.
The results will be noticeable in about a month.
With proper exercise, the skeleton begins to slowly take on its natural shape,
