The removable cover can be easily removed by a zipper and washed at 40 degrees.
Please do not wash the cherry pit pillow in the whole!
If the cover of the inner cushion should get dirty, the cover can be removed
after cores, also washed. After washing, refill the inner cushion with the
seeds.

The cover has a size of 24 cm x 24 cm with zipper.
The cherry pit pillow has a size of about 23 cm x 23 cm and is filled with
600g cherry pits.

The outer fabric is mainly made of cotton, the inner fabric is white and made
of 100% cotton.

Warm-up recommendation:
10 - 15 minutes at 150 degrees in the oven (here it is best to protect the
pillow with aluminum foil so that the fabric does not turn brown)
1 - 2 minutes at 600 watts in the microwave

Cool recommendation:
Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours and you have the perfect cooling pad. Perfect
for hot days or for bruises and swelling.

Very suitable as a heat pad for the stomach or as a cooling pad for the head.
